Service & Cancellation Policy

 

Appointment Scheduling:

All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online or by phone. For same day appointment requests please call. We also offer a wait list option in case of cancellations – If you don’t see the time you’d like available just call and we can add you to our wait list to call in case something opens up.

As a courtesy, reminders are sent out by text and/or email 24-48 hrs. in advance of appointments. Please make sure we have current contact information so that you receive these!

We love children but due to the many potential hazards to curious children and the need for our staff to concentrate on your service please do not bring children under 12 with you for your appointments. 

All minors receiving treatments must be accompanied by parent or guardian and consent form signed on first visit.

Cancellation Policy:

We are an appointment based business and our spa professionals arrange their schedules around your appointment time. For this reason we request a minimum 24 Hour cancellation or rescheduling notice either by phone or through your reminder notice. In the event of a late cancellation or No Show, the fee is 50% of the missed service and an invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid prior to receiving your next service.

We understand unexpected things happen and will do our best to fill your spot with someone from our wait list and will waive the fee if we are able to do this. Please respectfully call and let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

Late Policy:

Arriving 5-10 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms is always preferred. For late arrivals we will do our best to fit in your entire appointment as long as it doesn’t infringe on the next client’s time. However if we must shorten the appointment you will still be charged for the full amount of your booked service.

Spa Etiquette:

PLEASE NOTE: It's that time of year and outbreaks of poison ivy/oak rashes are prevalent - PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SIGN OF RASH ON FACE OR BODY until rash has fully healed. This is a very contagious skin condition and can put our service providers out of commission for days or weeks. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. If a rash is detected at time of service and can't be avoided to perform your service properly we will ask you to reschedule for another day after rash has healed.

Cell Phones - All cell phones must be put on silent upon entering the spa. All phone calls/ conversations should be done outside the spa. We appreciate your understanding so all of our guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while visiting our spa.
