hEALTH RISKS:

The very luxurious nature of our facial and massage services requires both high touch and close contact with our clients. Although not medically necessary many of our clients feel that these are essential services for mental and physical health. However, for this same reason, we suggest that high-risk & vulnerable individuals postpone any visits until any health crisis has passed.

Masks are not required for either customers & staff.

As adults, we respect your right to choose what is best for your own health and to keep your medical information private. We will not be discussing vaccine status with clients.

Precautions:

  • If you aren't feeling well or have symptoms of an upper respiratory infection (sore throat, fever, cough, or difficulty breathing) please call to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you have any active cold sores, painful sunburn, or poison ivy or oak rashes on your body we will not be able to provide services and request that you also call to reschedule. This is to protect you and our Therapists.

Safety & sanitation practices:

As always, we maintain the highest level of sanitation & disinfection practices in our spa.

We use hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize all surfaces, furniture & beds before/after each & every guest.

Fresh linens are always put on the treatment beds before every guest.

Our Therapists always thoroughly wash their hands immediately before and after every service.

Appointments are required for all services and only guests with appointments can be accommodated due to spa limitations.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect to our therapists, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for an appointment. As a courtesy, we automatically send out both an email and a text message reminder 1 week and 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, if you are signed up for this option.

Please ensure you keep your contact information updated for your reminders so that we can help avoid forgotten appointments and allow time to reschedule or cancel as needed. Cancellations under 24 hours or No-shows will result in a 50% charge of service scheduled that will be invoiced & must be paid prior to any further services scheduled. New clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to schedule their first appointment. Your card will not be charged unless a no-show or same-day cancellation occurs.
